Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KYMA Aesthetics & Wellness website and booking of services with KYMA Collective Pty Ltd (trading as KYMA Aesthetics & Wellness), operated by Registered Nurse Toni Bottomley (Div 1), AHPRA NMW0001085237. By booking a consultation or treatment, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Consultations

All treatments require a comprehensive consultation and clinical assessment before any recommendation is made. Not all clients will be suitable candidates for every treatment. Recommendations are made at the clinical discretion of the treating practitioner.

Bookings & Deposits

  • Bookings are made via our online booking system (Timely) or by contacting us directly

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits will be applied to the cost of your treatment where the appointment proceeds as scheduled, or where the required cancellation notice below is given

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any additional charge (your deposit will be retained and can be applied to a future booking, at our discretion)

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment ("no-show"), will result in the loss of your deposit, and full payment may be required to secure any future bookings

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at hello@kymaaesthetics.com.au or through your Timely booking confirmation as soon as possible

Late arrivals: if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled appointment time. Your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the above cancellation terms may apply if this results in a missed appointment.

Exceptional circumstances: we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Any exceptions to this policy are considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

In accordance with Australian regulatory requirements, certain prescription-only treatments cannot be advertised on this website.

Results & Outcomes

Individual results vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and all treatment plans are tailored following clinical assessment of your individual circumstances.

Mobile IV Services

Where IV or mineral therapy is provided at a mobile location, additional terms relating to travel, access and suitability of the treatment environment may apply and will be discussed at booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KYMA Collective Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information provided on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text and branding, is owned by or licensed to KYMA Collective Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
